Meet the Team Leaders
David Baker - Senior director
Experience: David Baker has been with the firm all his working life – a true story of tea boy to big boss. David has a broad portfolio of clients, particularly in farming and allied industries and loves getting out as often as possible to see his clients at home, on the farm and in their place of work.
Hobbies: David enjoys watching Coventry City's slow demise, golf and his grandchildren.
Jacqueline Cole - Director
Experience:Like all the firm's directors, Jacqueline deals with a wide range of clients, from solicitors to arts organisations, scaffolders to restaurants. She represents the firm and her Association regionally on the Revenue's Working Together panel, and nationally and internationally on the ACCA's Corporate Reporting and Tax Global Forums. She is also a trustee for ACCA's Benevolent Fund.
Qualifications:Jacqueline has been a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants for over 20 years.
Hobbies: Jacqueline loves spending whatever time she can with her two granddaughters and can now recite the whole of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang practically word-perfect.
Peter Reynolds - Director
Experience: Having trained with KPMG in London Peter had the chance to enjoy life in Herefordshire – and took it. Peter has clients locally and further afield; Afghanistan and St Helena are just some of the tax hotspots he has advised on. Peter has the thankless role of IT manager for the firm – so can often be found in the office late at night swearing at a blue screen.
Qualifications: Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Hobbies: Old houses, old cars – in fact just about anything old.
Carl Davies - Director
Experience: Carl was brought up on a farm in rural mid-Wales. Known for his spreadsheets, Carl has on many occasions saved clients and the firm with his levels of organization. Carl's clients are a loyal bunch; although the youngest of the directors he has close to a waiting list of new clients from all walks of life.
Qualifications: Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Hobbies: Bowls, bowls and more bowls – and beer when he can get it. A rugby fan - if not a rugby player.
